enlightM Instructional Design

enlightM Instructional Design is owned and operated by me, Monica Bailey.

I am an Instructional Design Professional with experience as a High School Instructor and in Medical Education. I received my Masters in eLearning from the University of Central Florida in 2017. I started enlightM Instructional Design in 2022.

Experience: I have used my design skills to develop digital products including promotional materials, social media campaigns and session materials for Higher Education Institutions and non-profit organizations.

Personal: I am a military spouse, which is why I started a business that could move with me. I am passionate about using my design skills to build connections and advance learning. I would love to work with you on your next project!
