enlightM develops instructional design learning solutions that utilize and integrate the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate) model throughout the design and development process. Learning solutions are designed to build on concepts and learning to promote effective training practices.

Program Course – RenewU was a complete course developed for a grant. The course includes learning materials for 10 optional areas of self-learning, taught over 5 modules, recommended to be taught over a 5-week period.

Program Learning Materials – This Family Advent Guide included supplemental reading, a craft with supplies, family activity and community connection over a 4-week period. Themes were designed in accordance with the four themes of the Advent season, with each week focusing on a specific theme incorporated into the overall Advent message. (Software: Canva)

Online Modules – Developed 20 online modules around 10 wellness practices. The online modules were designed at different levels of expertise, Clinical and Non-Clinical. Online modules included case studies, simulations, interactive practice opportunities and videos.
